State Education Commissioner Robert Scott made it clear Friday that he was not impressed with the Austin school district’s efforts at turning around several of its struggling campuses and said he likely will order the closure of Reagan High School in 2010 — as he did Pearce Middle School last month — if the campus doesn’t demonstrate dramatic improvement.
