Dec. 17 (Bloomberg) — Germany’s Federal and state governments agreed to increase total expenditures on education by 13 billion euros a year until 2015, Handelsblatt reported, citing preliminary minutes of an “education summit” as well as unnamed officials from the Christian Democratic Union party.
