EDUCATION MEC Senzo Mchunu has lashed out at parents who take out their frustrations with the department at the expense of learning time for pupils. Mchunu was addressing parents in Kokstad at Carl Malcomess High School on Saturday about the dismissal of the school principal, Mbulelo Mankae.
